Westleigh Environmental Services
Westleigh Environmental Services (WES) is a registered company (Ck No: 2010/070118/23), a 100% black female owned environmental management services company founded by Mrs. Ngwanarachuene Esther Mampane in 2010. We are a certified level 3 B-BBEE contributing company with 110% procurement recognition.
WES is aimed at providing environmental and natural resource management services to individual, private and governmental organizations, promoting sustainable use of natural resources because they are irreplaceable once they become degraded. Our company has extensive experience and knowledge in environmental and natural resource management.
WES works with a team of specialists with more than 15 years’ experience within the environmental, geographic information systems and agricultural fields. Our team works on various projects depending on the nature of the project and the kind of specialist input required for the project in order to ensure timely, good quality work.

Meaning Behind Our Name
Our company is named after the Westleigh soil form which is made up of wetland soils that are commonly found at valley bottom areas where wetlands are mainly situated thus making these soils of an important environmental significance. Wetlands are one of the mostly threatened ecosystems in the world, most wetlands are already degraded and it’s therefore vital to preserve the remaining ones.
Our Westleigh logo and slogan are registered trademarks. Our logo is a meeting of two worlds, i.e. our modern society (represented in the contemporary font choices) and the environment (represented by the "tree") and our slogan is symbolic of Society growing "with" our various natural environments, rather than against them, thus promoting sustainable, conscious and thoughtful living within our environments.
The Westleigh Tree is a "hybrid" or culmination of various plants forming one entity symbolizing the environment. The "Tree" is made up of stylized icons of wild grasses and plants (Red Top Grass, Dandelion, Fern, Ivy). These species can be found from the common garden to the Savannah's of the Serengeti.
